About the role
- Ensure efficient partnership operations between Philips and its Partners.
- Support Partner Account Managers by managing operational activities in the Partner business domain.
- Cover commercial and service-related operational activities.
- Train and support Partners on Philips Partner sales and services related processes and tools.
- Monitor and improve sales and service process performance.
- Ensure relevant Partner data and contract templates are updated in Philips systems.
- Manage and drive quotation process, order-booking and supply-related activities.
- Ensure end-customer IB registration per order.
Requirements
- Master’s degree with 2+ years’ experience in Services Delivery, Partner Relationship Management, or equivalent.
- Strong commercial mindset and strategic thinking skills.
- Deep understanding of healthcare in the territory.
- Ability to motivate and influence others and build trusted relationships.
- Proven people and matrix-management experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English and local languages.
