Shape and lead the reverse portion of the Philips value chain
Design and lead the global reverse logistics value chain strategy
Ensure reverse logistics processes align with forward supply chain, service lifecycle, and inventory strategies
Drive performance across the reverse value chain including cost, cycle time, recovery yield, service levels, and compliance
Partner with various teams to optimize reverse flows and decision-making
Lead digital enablement and data visibility for reverse logistics
Manage and optimize repair, refurbishment, and logistics networks
Develop standardized global processes while accommodating regional requirements
Build and lead a high-performing global team
Support Philips’ sustainability objectives through responsible recovery, reuse, and disposal practices

Requirements

8+ years of experience leading global supply chain or operations teams
Expertise in reverse logistics, service supply chains, returns management, repair or refurbishment operations
Experience with ERP and supply chain systems (SAP preferred)
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management or equivalent field of study
Must be able to perform minimum physical, cognitive and environmental job requirements with or without accommodation
