About the role
- Join a strategically aligned Philips Ambulatory Monitoring and Diagnostics team that leverages a robust internal network to unify key stakeholders, accelerate deal execution, and deliver meaningful customer value
- Drive the AMD Enterprise strategy and develop, maintain, and expand enterprise-level partnerships with integrated delivery networks (IDNs) and healthcare systems
- Drive commercial growth across AMD ensuring client success through alignment with IDN executive leadership and stakeholders
- Lead the development and delivery of customer strategic plans demonstrating clinical, operational, and financial impact
- Optimize workflows, capture value realization, and present Philips innovations to customers
- Identify growth opportunities and risks through CRM data analytics and partnerships
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, Life Sciences, or related field
- 7+ years of sales experience in strategic enterprise sales
- Cardiovascular experience preferred, but not required
- Demonstrated success managing complex sales cycles and enterprise customer relationships, ideally including C-suite engagement
- Proven success managing executive relationships and complex sales cycles and track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets and KPIs
- Strong negotiation, strategic selling, and analytical skills
- Ability to collaborate internally and deliver results in a matrix environment
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to manage a complex pipeline with urgency and strategic focus
- Willingness to travel regularly to meet with customers and support field activities.
