💰 $84,000 - $140,000 per year

About the role

  • be the subject matter expert on Handoff to Delivery and to drive operational excellence for Midwest zone service delivery
  • responsible for the E2E process from presale, order booking and invoicing/rev recognition
  • facilitate between Sales and District Service Directors to validate opportunities booked, capture demand requirements, and review a project for technical accuracy
  • assist project managers with multiple projects, analyzing forecasts, maintaining key dates, and managing risks
  • facilitate daily management for the Midwest zone, ensuring standardization, preparing agendas, documenting meetings, and updating dashboards
  • coordinate with sales and project teams to set up new projects, handle missing presales assets, and lead daily presales meetings
  • identify and optimize processes for better productivity
  • assist in deploying the PSA system, and provide technical support during go-live
  • oversee order management activities, document and track meeting actions, and ensure timely project delivery and performance improvement

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration or a related field
  • At least 2 years’ of experience in project coordination, project management, or operations
  • proficiency with project management software
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Analytical mindset with proactive problem-solving skills
  • the applicable PMI certification per role/level is required for all Employees hired/re-hired into the CPM/CDM role
  • must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation
