About the role
- Create Sales, Marketing, Consensus forecast for assigned planning horizon, BU and/or Customer Planning Groups.
- Review and analyze historical sales trends, prepare forecast analytics, and evaluate forecast results.
- Lead conversations with Sales and Business Group Leadership.
- Create and communicate gap closing scenarios.
- Support operations leadership with detailed forecasting models and analysis.
- Prepare executive-style reports around revenue and inventory.
- Maintain KPIs that measure success in S&OP and Project Management.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience with Bachelor's or Minimum 3 years of experience with Master's in Revenue Operations, Analytics, or equivalent.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with various levels of stakeholders.
- Ability to adapt to changing work requirements in a complex, fast-paced environment.
- Ability to drive continuous improvement in a matrixed environment.
- Must successfully perform minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation.
