About the role

  • Strategic development, planning and coordination of all investment projects within the LSP project (long-term strategic partnership)
  • Analysis and design of optimization potential for a sustainable equipment/device strategy
  • Preparation of the annual plan in close collaboration with internal departments, B2B partners and client stakeholders
  • Identification of user requirements and translation into technical and commercial specifications
  • Management of the entire investment process in line with approval guidelines and stakeholder requirements
  • Regular reporting, including plan-vs-actual comparisons, forecasts and KPI dashboards
  • Responsibility for all stages of device investments: cost estimation, financing, feasibility checks, implementation, training & documentation

Requirements

  • Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Informatics, Electrical Engineering, Medical Technology, Business Administration or a comparable field
  • Experience structuring complex issues and deriving clear action plans
  • Proven experience in (partial) project leadership
  • Ideally, professional experience in the design as well as planning and procurement of medical technology
  • Analytical thinking, structured working approach and strong solution orientation
  • Strong communication skills, service orientation and a confident presence with internal and external stakeholders
  • Basic knowledge of MPG, MPBetreibV and MPSV
  • Business-fluent German and English
