About the role
- Serve as the medical safety expert for risk management and health hazard evaluations
- Provide critical input to regulatory submissions
- Support New Product Design, clinical studies, and Post-Marketing Surveillance with safety insights
- Evaluate safety data to identify and mitigate potential risks
- Stay current with advancements in safety science and regulatory requirements
- Support audits and inspections related to safety processes and documentation
- Contribute to the development and review of safety documents
Requirements
- Medical Doctor (M.D.) degree (required)
- Over 15 years experience in the medical field
- 5+ years of hands-on clinical practice in hospital environments
- At least a decade in medical device or pharmaceutical sectors
- Expertise in medical device risk management and regulatory affairs
- Proven research track record (completed studies, published works)
- Leadership experience, managing complex organizational structures
- Strong collaboration and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experienced public speaker
- Proactive, assertive, strong team player
