- Lead the strategic design and execution of enterprise‑level service operations initiatives
- Influence major operational decisions and resource allocations using data‑driven insights
- Champion large‑scale process improvement and innovation efforts
- Partner with executive leaders and cross‑functional stakeholders to develop, implement, and continually refine scalable service operations frameworks

Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience with Bachelor's OR Minimum 3 years of experience with Master's in areas such as Service Delivery, Service Operations or equivalent
- Demonstrated ability to work across clinical and non-clinical environments
- Experience partnering with senior leaders and program managers
- Problem-solving in complex, ambiguous environments and strategic thinking with execution focus
- Understanding of S&SD service delivery organization across multiple modalities and delivery verticals
