own the development and finalization of the global demand forecast for the Ultrasound Business
lead the demand planning cycle
orchestrate meetings and alignment sessions (including Global BU Final Forecast Plan and regional Sales & Operations Planning)
mentor and develop demand planners
partner with regional and global stakeholders across supply chain, IT, and finance

Requirements

8+ years of experience in demand planning, supply chain management, data analysis, or project management, ideally within a global matrix organization
advanced forecasting techniques
statistical modeling
systems knowledge (o9, ERP systems, inventory management tools)
strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain and Sales & Operations Planning processes
Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Operations Research, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field
