About the role

  • Develops and executes commercial strategies for new and existing products, solutions, and services.
  • Ensures alignment of Brand Management & Communication (BMC) enablers.
  • Supports the Zone Business Leader by representing the Business in BMC efforts.
  • Contributes to policymaking and drives key improvement initiatives.
  • Acts as a recognized subject matter expert both internally and within the industry.
  • Leads the implementation of strategic policies by selecting methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria.
  • Handles highly complex issues requiring extensive company knowledge.
  • Examine competitors' actions using insights and analytics.
  • Leads strategic H&AM Europe deals as requested.
  • Leads succession planning and comprehensive talent management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree/ Master's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales Management, Economics or equivalent.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience with Bachelor's OR Minimum 6 years of experience with Master's in areas such as Business Development, Sales, Marketing, Business Planning or equivalent.
  • Proven track record in setting up excellent teams and leaning out operations.
