About the role
- Achieve sales targets for order intake, revenue and margin
- Maintain all sales-relevant data in the CRM system, such as customers, projects, planning
- Communicate all market information relevant to sales
- Maintain and strengthen long-term customer relationships
- Create and maintain (Key) Account plans
- Prepare needs analyses, develop proposals, purchase agreements and support system handovers
- Sell solutions (equipment, service offerings, etc.) incorporating medical, technical and commercial know-how
- Commercially leverage the installed base within the area of responsibility in cooperation with the respective partners
- Accompany and support customer visits, resolve customer complaints in collaboration with service and specialist departments
- Drive cross-selling activities across the offering along the Philips Healthcare portfolio
- Develop mid-term strategies to increase market share
Requirements
- Degree in Industrial Engineering, Medical Technology, Computer Science, Healthcare Management or related field
- At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in the sales of medical systems and/or healthcare IT solutions
- Excellent understanding of processes and challenges in healthcare and hospital operations
- Understanding of modern digitization solutions and technological partnerships
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Strong conceptual skills and strategic thinking
- High initiative as well as experience leading and motivating account teams
- High resilience, sense of responsibility, and self-motivation
- Driver's license and regional mobility
- Fluent in German and English
