About the role

  • Achieve sales targets for order intake, revenue and margin
  • Maintain all sales-relevant data in the CRM system, such as customers, projects, planning
  • Communicate all market information relevant to sales
  • Maintain and strengthen long-term customer relationships
  • Create and maintain (Key) Account plans
  • Prepare needs analyses, develop proposals, purchase agreements and support system handovers
  • Sell solutions (equipment, service offerings, etc.) incorporating medical, technical and commercial know-how
  • Commercially leverage the installed base within the area of responsibility in cooperation with the respective partners
  • Accompany and support customer visits, resolve customer complaints in collaboration with service and specialist departments
  • Drive cross-selling activities across the offering along the Philips Healthcare portfolio
  • Develop mid-term strategies to increase market share

Requirements

  • Degree in Industrial Engineering, Medical Technology, Computer Science, Healthcare Management or related field
  • At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in the sales of medical systems and/or healthcare IT solutions
  • Excellent understanding of processes and challenges in healthcare and hospital operations
  • Understanding of modern digitization solutions and technological partnerships
  • Excellent negotiation skills
  • Strong conceptual skills and strategic thinking
  • High initiative as well as experience leading and motivating account teams
  • High resilience, sense of responsibility, and self-motivation
  • Driver's license and regional mobility
  • Fluent in German and English
