About the role
- Own the Spare Parts Business the respective Strategy and Portfolio.
- Oversee the E2E Processes with the performance in the NPI Phase, Support/ Lifecycle and end of life phase for Spare Parts delivery.
- Formulate medium & long-term policies and translate them into strategic plans.
- Collaborate with extended teams across business/ functions/ categories to streamline E2E process.
- Review and validate business rules, providing feedback for improvement.
- Manage Spare Parts delivery performance to end customers, analyze gaps via problem solving.
- Drive S&OP meetings for HPM service parts.
- Manage budget responsibility of cost of operations and inventory for Spare Parts.
- Interaction with Customer facing teams to enhance collaboration on management and account escalations.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree commercial or technical
- 10+ years of experience in supply chain processes, or a related role
- Strong understanding of supply chain principles, best practices in spare parts lifecycle
- Good knowledge about HPM business & products, as well as organizational set up
- Strong project- and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent communication, collaboration skills and conceptual thinking capabilities
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving techniques
- Proficiency in English language
