About the role

  • Lead the Zone Installation teams to deliver high-quality Precision Diagnosis (PD) and Image Guided Therapy (IGT) installations across the US market
  • Provide strategic leadership to accelerate transformational change and elevate performance across installation operations
  • Cultivate accountability and continuous improvement (Lean, Agile, and SAFe methodologies)
  • Define the strategic direction of the Zone Installation organization
  • Oversee all delivery activities and elevate execution, reporting, timeliness, and quality
  • Identify and eliminate inefficiencies, redundancies, and waste
  • Lead complex initiatives to reinforce structure, discipline, and accountability
  • Drive cultural and behavioral change to strengthen engagement, motivation, and productivity
  • Deliver operational excellence generating financial benefits while optimizing the customer delivery experience

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in service delivery, service operations, or installation project management
  • 5+ years of direct people leadership
  • Deep understanding of business transformation, continuous improvement, change management, and performance management
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Engineering, Health Science, Architecture, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Excellent analytical, organization, and time management skills
  • Effective communication skills including demonstrated stand-up presentation skills, group facilitation, and ability to effectively interact with internal stakeholders and external customers
  • Must be able to successfully perform minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements, including travel and operating a company motor vehicle, with approximately 50% national travel required.
