About the role
- Lead EHS programs and initiatives across Nordic sites.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, ISO 14001/45001 standards, and internal requirements.
- Manage audit findings and CAPAs through to closure.
- Oversee ISO 14001 external audits and support customer/regulatory audits.
- Develop and maintain the EHS Management System.
- Conduct regular management reviews and monitor KPI’s.
- Prepare/update risk assessments.
- Investigate incidents, identify root causes, and implement preventive actions.
- Support emergency preparedness and crisis management activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to improve safety and environmental practices.
- Act as the main contact for environmental producer organizations and prepare data for reporting.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field e.g. environmental science, engineering or HR.
- Previous experience from EHS or related field.
- Change management skills.
- Communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in a Nordic language is an advantage.
