About the role
- participating in the entire contract lifecycle
- ensuring compliance with company standards and legal requirements
- drafting, reviewing, and revising various client-facing contracts
- generating contracts from standardized contract templates
- interfacing with corporate stakeholders and cross-functional teams
- identifying and addressing commercial, financial, legal, and operational issues
- collaborating with various partners
- preparing RFP responses
- proactively making recommendations to management
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in drafting, reviewing, revising and interpreting contracts
- knowledge of contract and business law (required)
- proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, Adobe
- Bachelor’s degree, and/or MBA degree preferred OR Education and experience equivalent to eight or more years’ related experience required, Paralegal Certificate desired
