About the role

  • Manage and grow FM business within an assigned territory by driving revenue, executing contracts, and building strong customer partnerships.
  • Align daily activities with regional and national objectives.
  • Drive revenue growth, pipeline development, forecasting accuracy, and contract pull-through across assigned hospital and Integrated Delivery Network accounts.
  • Build and manage long-term customer relationships, engaging multiple stakeholders to understand needs and deliver value-based solutions.
  • Support and execute contract implementation and compliance, coordinating with cross-functional partners to ensure pricing accuracy, utilization, and customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze territory and account performance, market dynamics, and customer trends to prioritize opportunities and drive growth.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in healthcare or medical device sales
  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred in Business, Healthcare, or a technical discipline
