About the role
- Responsible for customer relationship management through technical knowledge
- Install, troubleshoot, service, and maintain equipment at customer sites
- Provide exceptional customer service and adhere to commitments
- Complete all administrative duties within regulatory requirements
- Diagnose and resolve electronic, network, and mechanical problems
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in a diagnostic imaging service environment or 3+ years in electromechanical industries
- Experience with diagnostic x-ray, cath labs, and/or image guided therapy equipment preferred
- Associate degree in electronics or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
