Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in technical support or field service
- Provided technical support for medical technology systems
- Experience with PACS, DICOM, EMR systems, and HL7 integration
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, life sciences, or a related technical field
- Effective communicator and problem solver
