About the role

  • Define and own Philips’ national GPO growth strategy
  • Translate strategy into executable growth plans
  • Establish and maintain executive-level relationships
  • Develop and deliver executive-level commercial narratives and presentations
  • Influence standardization and supplier preference across assigned GPO organizations
  • Drive demand creation and pull-through across the Philips Healthcare portfolio
  • Orchestrate cross-portfolio collaboration
  • Define success metrics and drive accountability for growth

Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s degree (advanced degree preferred)
  • At least 8 years of progressive experience in healthcare business development, strategic sales leadership, or enterprise account management
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen
  • Executive presence and communication skills
  • Proven ability to lead through influence
  • Deep understanding of health system purchasing dynamics
  • Willingness to travel up to 50%
