About the role
- Define and own Philips’ national GPO growth strategy
- Translate strategy into executable growth plans
- Establish and maintain executive-level relationships
- Develop and deliver executive-level commercial narratives and presentations
- Influence standardization and supplier preference across assigned GPO organizations
- Drive demand creation and pull-through across the Philips Healthcare portfolio
- Orchestrate cross-portfolio collaboration
- Define success metrics and drive accountability for growth
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree (advanced degree preferred)
- At least 8 years of progressive experience in healthcare business development, strategic sales leadership, or enterprise account management
- Strong commercial and financial acumen
- Executive presence and communication skills
- Proven ability to lead through influence
- Deep understanding of health system purchasing dynamics
- Willingness to travel up to 50%
