About the role

  • Responsible for the delivery of implementation, adoption, optimization and professional services function within the region
  • Directs teams to ensure project scope is defined according to quote, customer expectations, needs
  • Ensures delivery of customer projects and programs according to contract obligations and project commitments
  • Works with District Services Director, District Clinical Manager and Project Managers to ensure quality processes are followed
  • Travel up to 75% by car, air, or train to customer sites (hospital/medical environment)

Requirements

  • 5 years of direct leadership experience in healthcare services or equipment sales with a bachelor's degree or 9+ years without a bachelor's degree
  • 3 years’ experience managing a profit/loss business ideally in the technical space with a bachelor's degree or 7+ years without a bachelor's degree
  • at least a high school diploma
  • Bachelor’s degree or master’s preferred, in Health Science, Business or Engineering
  • Ability to develop and implement strategic initiatives to generate growth in revenue
  • Proven ability to manage field personnel performance
