About the role
- Provide telephone, remote technical support
- Provide remote diagnostics to external healthcare customers
- Act as Philips Representative in response to customer inquiries
- Resolve customer service events leveraging Philips tools
- Timely escalation of product issues for evaluation and action
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Philips Imaging systems
- Computer networking, technical solutions authoring
- Ability to solve mechanical and electrical issues
- 2 year associates degree; 4 year technical degree preferred
- Experience with SQL and Windows servers preferred
- Rhapsody IBE experience preferred
- AWS experience also preferred
