About the role
- Collaborates across functions to furnish stakeholders with competitive intelligence, medical and scientific insights, and emerging trends, fostering informed decision-making and strategic planning
- Translate the Global Medical Affairs data network development and innovative evidence strategy to identify clinically meaningful needs and the development of new ultrasound products and AI algorithms that positively impact Chinese hospitals, physicians, and patients.
- Collaborates with project teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution, tracking progress against milestones, identifying, and mitigating potential risks through proactive planning, and escalating issues to senior management when necessary to ensure timely resolution.
- Maintains accurate and up-to-date project documentation including project plans, meeting minutes, and status reports, ensuring transparency and facilitating knowledge transfer for future project phases or team members to quickly understand project context and progress.
- Provides support for compliant medical affairs activities, including research and off-label requests, adhering to regulatory guidelines and company policies.
- Contributes to the implementation of global publication plans, assisting with drafting manuscripts, abstracts, and presentations in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Participates in building a network of research thought leaders.
- Engages in collaborative efforts within clinical and medical function groups to ensure the successful implementation of safety and quality initiatives, fostering a culture of excellence.
Requirements
- Bachelor's/ Master's degree in Medical Science, Epidemiology / Public Health, Medical Informatics, Nursing or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of experience with Bachelor's in areas such as Medical/ Clinical Affairs within Medical Devices/ Biotech Industry or equivalent OR no prior experience required with Master's Degree
