About the role
- lead cross-functional teams to deliver efficient, on-time software deployments across the Central Midwest
- manage client relationships, resolve risks, and ensure implementations drive measurable value
- assist project managers with multiple projects, analyzing forecasts, maintaining key dates, and managing risks
- facilitate daily management for the Central Midwest zone, ensuring standardization, preparing agendas, documenting meetings, and updating dashboards
- oversee order management activities, document and track meeting actions, and ensure timely project delivery and performance improvement
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in project coordination, project management, or operations
- proficiency with project management software
- bachelor's degree in project management, business administration or related field of study or 6+ years of relevant experience
