About the role
- Provide technical discovery, product demos, solution design, and integration support for customers
- Assist customers during the integration and onboarding process
- Explain complex technical concepts to C-level executives and non-technical audiences
- Record and review the solutioning process with the integration team to meet technical and business requirements
- Represent the technical voice of the customer internally, participating in product design and roadmap reviews
Requirements
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a presales consultant, solutions engineer, technical account manager, systems architect, or similar position
- At least 3 years of experience working directly with large enterprise clients
- Industry experience with payments, merchant services, e-commerce, and/or retail
- Working knowledge of API and web technologies (REST, GraphQL, JavaScript)
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
- Comfortable presenting to C-level executive audiences.
