Execute service activities such as preventative maintenance, emergency service, faultfinding, upgrades, installations, and modifications in accordance with Philips’ quality standard policies while maintaining a holistic view of systems and their functional environment from both technical and user perspectives
Ensure completeness and accuracy of service records with a focus on test & verification results and adhere to good documentation practices, submitting service data, field problem reports, and other administrative tasks promptly
Utilize appropriate measurement equipment in a regular controlled calibration cycle and report customer feedback, following up on quality and regulatory training as required
Serve as a liaison between the company and customers on administrative and technical matters to foster strong relationships
Identify business opportunities that enhance customer satisfaction and contribute to positive margin outcomes
Requirements
Relevant educational background within medical/electrical engineering – or similar
3–5 years of relevant experience within field service within a hospital environment
Good at identifying and maintaining customer relationships and related contacts
Independent and service-minded with a logical and methodical approach to problem-solving
Fluent communication skills in both in English and Finnish , with proficiency in Swedish being an advantage
Valid class B driving license with a willingness to travel
