Field Engineer

• Execute service activities such as preventative maintenance, emergency service, faultfinding, upgrades, installations, and modifications in accordance with Philips’ quality standard policies
• Ensure completeness and accuracy of service records with a focus on test & verification results and adhere to good documentation practices
• Submit service data, field problem reports, and other administrative tasks promptly
• Utilize appropriate measurement equipment in a regular controlled calibration cycle and report customer feedback
• Serve as a liaison between the company and customers on administrative and technical matters to foster strong relationships
• Identify business opportunities that enhance customer satisfaction and contribute to positive margin outcomes
