About the role
- Drive the discovery process to build a deep understanding of our customers and their needs
- Work closely with Design and Engineering counterparts to build, ship, and iterate quickly
- Empower your team by providing context, setting direction, and building alignment
- Determine what problems to work on by accounting for customer needs, company and product strategy, and product risks
- Work cross-functionally with leadership, go-to-market teams, customer success and other key stakeholders to successfully launch new products, features, and updates
- Be a thoughtful team leader, help make your teammates better and motivate them to do the best work of their careers. Set and maintain a high bar of quality for your team’s product.
- Help the team define and track key success metrics
- Work with the rest of the product team to build processes that will scale as our team and company grow
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience as a Product Manager and 6-8 years total in relevant industries
- Track record of delivering business and technology results for complex, cross-functional initiatives while managing multiple competing priorities
- Established leadership with end-to-end product delivery and direct customer collaboration
- Experience driving organizational strategy and solution-level design thinking
- Technical proficiency with data analysis tools and methodologies, with ability to independently source data, perform rigorous analysis, and translate complex findings into clear recommendations for diverse audiences
- Fluency with modern prototyping tools (e.g. Cursor, Bolt, Claude Code) and comfort with design/collaboration environments like Figma and Github.
