• Manage all pipelines in Ashby, keeping stages accurate and candidates informed
• Run intake calls with hiring managers to get up to speed on new roles quickly
• Schedule and coordinate interviews across the team
• Run kick off calls and debriefs with the interview panel
• Own onboarding and offboarding end-to-end
• Be the first point of contact for employee HR questions
• Handle routine compliance tasks
• Support benefits open enrollment communications
• Keep the NYC office running: snacks, supplies, the basics

Recruiting & People Operations Contractor

Solutions Engineer

• Serve as the primary technical resource on assigned accounts
• Work in close partnership with the Solutions Manager and Customer Success Engineers
• Build trusted relationships with customer technical leads, IT teams, and manufacturing operations stakeholders
• Collaborate with Sales and Engineering to understand customer use cases, data integration requirements, and technical constraints
• Design technical solutions that integrate relevant data sources to Oden’s cloud endpoints
• Lead the technical implementation of Oden integration solutions

Technical Customer Success

• Coordinate post-sales deployment programs for a portfolio of enterprise manufacturing customers
• Own operator and site-level adoption: design and deliver training programs for operators, supervisors, and plant managers
• Drive change management at the account level: diagnose why adoption stalls
• Use SQL and scripting to query platform data, validate deployed configurations, build adoption dashboards, and troubleshoot data pipeline and product issues at customer sites
• Track adoption health across your account portfolio using platform data
• Articulate ROI in the customer’s language
• Contribute to expansion cases by identifying and sizing additional sites, lines, and use cases based on proven deployment success
• Close the feedback loop with Product and Engineering by translating field observations and product gaps into structured input that informs roadmap
