About the role
- Overseeing and collaborating with the operational client teams
- Achieving profitable happy clients and favourable KPI targets
- Supporting the wider Operations team achieve financial success
- Leading initiatives to identify and model key business drivers
- Supporting function teams with project reporting ensuring business understanding of project financials and key metrics
Requirements
- Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
- Proven experience of business partnering with senior stakeholders (minimum of 4 years of experience)
- Experienced in dealing with change, and a fast-growing business
- Experience in a ‘people driven’ services business, where utilisation and recruitment are key drivers of value
- Strong analytical and modelling skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions from imperfect datasets
- Strong attention to detail and a forward-thinking inquisitive nature
- Ability to work as part of a team and to build strong working relationships
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to ensure trust and transparency
- Project management experience (highly desirable)
