Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
Proven experience of business partnering with senior stakeholders
Experienced in dealing with change, and a fast-growing business
Experience in a ‘people driven’ services business, where utilisation and recruitment are key drivers of value
Strong analytical and modelling skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions from imperfect datasets
Strong attention to detail and a forward-thinking inquisitive nature
Ability to work as part of a team and to build strong working relationships
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to ensure trust and transparency
Project management experience (highly desirable)
