About the role
- Overseeing and collaborating with the operational client teams as well as other key senior stakeholders
- Achieve profitable happy clients and favourable KPI targets
- Lead initiatives to identify and model key business drivers to influence efficiencies and profitability
- Ensure the business understands the project financials and key financial metrics (Gross margin, EBITDA margin, Revenue and cost per employee/hr, billings, Utilisation etc.)
- Support the wider Operations team achieve financial success utilizing the company ERP systems (OpenAir, NetSuite, Sales Force and Power BI)
Requirements
- Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
- Proven experience of business partnering with senior stakeholders
- Experienced in dealing with change, and a fast-growing business
- Experience in a ‘people driven’ services business, where utilisation and recruitment are key drivers of value
- Strong analytical and modelling skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions from imperfect datasets
- Strong attention to detail and a forward-thinking inquisitive nature
- Ability to work as part of a team and to build strong working relationships
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to ensure trust and transparency
- Project management experience (highly desirable)
