About the role
- Leading a team in the testing and commissioning of MV/HV power system apparatus
- Management and training of crews
- Read and interpret drawings and troubleshoot technical issues
- Manage direct reports and delegate tasks
- Report preparation and submission
- Ensure compliance with safety practices
- Discuss trouble details and confirm resolutions
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems Electrician Journeyman Ticket, or Electrical Engineering Technologist Diploma
- 4+ years experience leading a commissioning team in the electrical utilities industry
- Knowledge of the Microsoft office software suite
- Excellent organizational skills
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Background checks and Drug and Alcohol Pre-Access Testing are required
