General

• Lead month-end and year-end closing activities within SAP, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting
• Perform production orders review and variance analysis to ensure accurate product costing and production cost allocation
• Manage end-to-end inventory accounting, monitoring all material movements across raw materials, work-in-progress, finished goods, and third-party logistics (3PL) warehouses
• Perform inventory reconciliations, balance sheet account reconciliations, and inventory valuation in accordance with accounting policies and internal controls
• Maintain and support SAP Material Management (MM), Production Planning (PP), Financial Accounting (FI), and Controlling (CO) processes related to manufacturing operations
• Collaborate with Production, Supply Chain, Procurement, R&D, and Quality to improve inventory accuracy, manufacturing efficiency, and cost transparency
• Deliver financial analysis, management reporting, and ad hoc business support for operational and strategic initiatives
• Ensure compliance with internal control requirements, GMP regulations, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and the Company’s Quality Management System

Senior Costing Officer

• Record and process orders for already launched molecules and/or inquiries received by mail, telephone, and/or through personal (f2f) customer contact
• Be responsible for the entry of commercial Regular and Launch Purchase orders per customer in SAP system after checking the requested delivery date versus contractual lead time, forecasts, quantity versus MOQs, supply price, incoterms, payment terms, versus the contractual ones, demonstrated into relevant Supply Agreements
• Provide on time and accurate information to customers regarding orders status and updated open orders report upon request, or in the frequency agreed (ad hoc basis) with the customer, depicting the status and key information for the open orders
• Inform clients for the progress/readiness for dispatch of their orders on a regular basis, by combining updated info communicated from internal departments regarding production/packaging schedule, CMO campaign slots, API availability dates, quality and RA topics affecting the delivery etc
• Close communication with internal departments like Planning, Logistics/Exports, QA, QC and RA to update the customers for supply related topics
• Handling of queries/issues addressed to CS by customers, targeting to have them efficiently elaborated by concerned departments
• Track order activity, and alert appropriate staff of any potential delivery problems
• Obtain customers forecasts on a monthly basis
• Check and monitor thoroughly forecasts received to have materialized in orders the highest possible percentage of the forecasted quantities and report/address any great fluctuations
• Prepare and monitor KPIs for the customers’ accounts and track customers OTIFs for the ones who measure PHT΄s performance on monthly basis
• Serve as communication link between customers and the company to assure responsiveness

Accounting Manager

• Follow Company's Quality Policy and comply with current operational standards and legislative requirements
• Develop and execute the organization's tax strategy in alignment with business objectives
• Ensure timely and accurate preparation, filing, and payment of all direct and indirect taxes
• Oversee all accounting activities, ensuring compliance with applicable accounting standards. (IFRS, US GAAP, local GAAP)
• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial records and transactions
• Maintain and strengthen internal controls and accounting policies
• Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes
• Ensure timely and accurate preparation of statutory, management, and consolidated financial statements.
• Oversee external reporting requirements and coordinate with auditors

Director of Tax, Accounting & Reporting

• Own the enterprise Medical Device Quality Management System (QMS) and ensure global regulatory compliance (FDA, EU MDR, ISO 13485, ISO 14971, and other applicable frameworks)
• Provide end-to-end quality oversight across design, development, transfer, commercialization, and post-market activities
• Act as the ultimate decision authority for critical quality and compliance matters, including risk management, CAPAs, deviations, and change control
• Drive supplier quality strategy and oversight of critical external partners and CMOs
• Partner with R&D, Regulatory, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain to ensure quality is embedded across the value chain

Medical Device Quality Principal

• Participate in the development of a quality management system for medical devices and combination products in accordance with applicable standards and regulations, i.e. ISO 13485, EU MDR regulation and US-FDA 21 CFR Part 4 and 820 and provide leading assistance in the preparation for company certification if necessary
• Ensure that the quality management system remains up to date, covering the current requirements of the above legislation relating to the combination of products and medical devices
• Provide assessment and support R&D and rest involved departments in quality management issues related to combination products and medical devices
• Participate in supplier audits whether it is necessary providing input in the compilation of the audit report
• Participate in audits/ inspections performed by customers, authorities and notified bodies supporting tasks related to combination products and medical devices
• Represent cQM and monitors the effectiveness of quality management tools in R&D and rest involved departments projects
• Answer to customer enquiries around medical devices and regulations for quality-relevant topics
• Communicate with medical device suppliers to monitor their changes and support the evaluation of the impact of such changes to company’s combination product
• Assist in response to Audit observations related to QMS activities of medical device/ combination products
• Assist in the development of documentation and record resulting from quality management system activities and according to established procedures including DHF
• Develop and adhere to strict project timelines
• Actively participate in multiple customer projects to support submission and launch preparation in different markets and communicate with suppliers for any specific requirement
• Participate in supplier evaluation processes reviewing and commenting on relevant documentation
• Participate in the review of Development/ Supply/ Quality Agreements and provide input
• Participate in the review of DHF documentation compiled by R&D Device Team

Senior QM Medical Device Officer

Manager

• Manage and supervise the Business Applications team and related daily operational activities
• Assign, prioritize and monitor operational support activities, changes and enhancement requests within the team
• Monitor operational workload, support delivery effectiveness and ticket backlog
• Provide coaching, mentoring and functional guidance to Business Applications team members
• Coordinate operational priorities with business stakeholders, IT teams and external vendors
• Act as escalation point for critical business application issues and support activities
• Oversee daily operational support activities for enterprise business applications including eQMS, LIMS, MES/OEE, Serialization platforms, CMMS, LabX, DocuSign and other business applications
• Oversee operational monitoring and stability of application interfaces and related integration processes
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across business applications and related business processes
• Support business users regarding application-related operational processes and continuous improvement activities
• Oversee business application projects, system implementations, enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives according to business requirements and company procedures
• Review and approve application change requests and operational project deliverables
• Ensure application operational, support and change management activities are executed according to company procedures and applicable CSV requirements
• Review of GMP-related application documentation and validation deliverables where applicable
