About the role
- Provide consultancy to our pharmacy customers regarding our IXOS software
- Conduct customer appointments and prepare them professionally
- Onboard and retrain customers
- Offer expert advice and personal customer support
Requirements
- Completed training as a Pharmaceutical Technical Assistant (PTA) or Pharmaceutical Commercial Assistant (PKA)
- Basic knowledge of IXOS
- Careful, structured and systematic way of working
- Team player
- Flexibility and willingness to work in the field
- Valid driver's license (Class 3/B)
