About the role
- Primary point of contact (m/f/d) for all customer inquiries related to prescription billing
- Handling telephone inquiries about the billing eligibility of prescriptions
- Managing billing documentation and queries related to billing corrections (retax requests)
- Conducting training on our online portal at pharmacies
Requirements
- Completed vocational training as a PTA or PKA
- Professional experience in the pharmacy sector
- Good verbal and written communication skills and solid knowledge of MS Office
- Strong willingness to learn and engage in onboarding
- Independent and structured way of working
- High customer service orientation
- Ability to work well in a team
