About the role

  • Lead research and evaluation activities to identify product opportunities
  • Collaborate with various functions across the organization to guide product development decisions
  • Oversee the full product development lifecycle, from ideation to regulatory submission

Requirements

  • Advanced scientific or clinical degree (M.D., Ph.D., Pharm.D., etc.)
  • More than 15 years of experience in the biotechnology and/or pharmaceutical industry
  • Ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams in a fast-paced environment
  • Bilingual French/English: the incumbent will need to collaborate with regulatory authorities and suppliers and/or clients located outside the province of Quebec
