About the role

  • Collaborate closely with the head of strategy and senior leadership to drive company-wide strategic initiatives and priorities.
  • Act as project manager for high-impact, cross-functional strategic projects.
  • Develop structured project plans and roadmaps aligned with the organization’s long-term strategy.
  • Conduct market, competitive and internal analyses to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Prepare executive-level communications, recommendations and documentation related to strategic initiatives.
  • Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams to deliver strategic initiatives from design through implementation.
  • Ensure accountability for scope, timelines, milestones and deliverables.
  • Identify risks, dependencies and constraints, and proactively develop mitigation plans.

Requirements

  • More than five (5) years of progressive experience in corporate strategy, management consulting, strategic planning or enterprise-level project management.
  • Demonstrated experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives at an organizational or executive level.
  • Exposure to senior leadership environments, including interactions with the Executive Leadership Team (ELT) or boards of directors.
  • Experience in regulated, complex or matrixed organizations preferred (e.g., pharmaceutical, life sciences, manufacturing).
  • Bilingual FR/EN: the role requires collaboration with regulatory authorities and vendors and/or clients located outside the province of Quebec.
