• Since 1984, PDMI has provided pharmacy data processing and flexible, scalable solutions including PBM services, 340B administration, hospice and long-term care services.
• Lead and mentor the 340B operations team, fostering engagement, development, and accountability.
• Oversee daily operations to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and regulatory compliance.
• Serve as the escalation point for operational issues, driving timely resolution and collaboration.
• Partner with IT and internal teams to optimize workflows, technology use, and client service delivery.
• Collaborate with 340B Training and Operations Manager for onboarding, training, and knowledge transfer for new clients and team members.
• Support financial operations including invoicing, revenue tracking, and budget management.
• Drive process improvements, SOP development, and audit readiness.
• Provide operational insight to support strategic planning and growth.
