Since 1984, PDMI has provided pharmacy data processing and flexible, scalable solutions including PBM services, 340B administration, hospice and long-term care services.
Lead and mentor the 340B operations team, fostering engagement, development, and accountability.
Oversee daily operations to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and regulatory compliance.
Serve as the escalation point for operational issues, driving timely resolution and collaboration.
Partner with IT and internal teams to optimize workflows, technology use, and client service delivery.
Collaborate with 340B Training and Operations Manager for onboarding, training, and knowledge transfer for new clients and team members.
Support financial operations including invoicing, revenue tracking, and budget management.
Drive process improvements, SOP development, and audit readiness.
Provide operational insight to support strategic planning and growth.
Requirements
5+ years of leadership experience in healthcare, account management, pharmacy services, or related areas with a focus on 340B programs.
Strong knowledge of 340B regulations, compliance, and operations.
Skilled in financial oversight, strategic planning, and resource management.
Comfortable analyzing data, using digital tools, and leveraging technology to improve operations.
Hands-on leader who can jump in, solve problems, and be creative in a smaller organization.
Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, pharmacy, business, or a related field.
