About the role
- Since 1984, PDMI has provided pharmacy data processing and flexible, scalable solutions including PBM services, 340B administration, hospice and long-term care services.
- Lead and mentor the 340B operations team, fostering engagement, development, and accountability.
- Oversee daily operations to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and regulatory compliance.
- Serve as the escalation point for operational issues, driving timely resolution and collaboration.
- Partner with IT and internal teams to optimize workflows, technology use, and client service delivery.
- Collaborate with 340B Training and Operations Manager for onboarding, training, and knowledge transfer for new clients and team members.
- Support financial operations including invoicing, revenue tracking, and budget management.
- Drive process improvements, SOP development, and audit readiness.
- Provide operational insight to support strategic planning and growth.
Requirements
- 5+ years of leadership experience in healthcare, account management, pharmacy services, or related areas with a focus on 340B programs.
- Strong knowledge of 340B regulations, compliance, and operations.
- Skilled in financial oversight, strategic planning, and resource management.
- Comfortable analyzing data, using digital tools, and leveraging technology to improve operations.
- Hands-on leader who can jump in, solve problems, and be creative in a smaller organization.
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, pharmacy, business, or a related field.
- 340B certification preferred.
