About the role
- Assist with the planning and organization of our IT projects
- Analyze our IT and business processes together with experienced colleagues and develop optimization ideas
- Support national and international client projects and contribute to functional specifications and process documentation
- Assist in preparing proposals, effort estimates, and service descriptions
- Learn to prepare and execute system tests and user acceptance tests (UAT)
- Collaborate with our software team on release planning
Requirements
- A degree in business administration, computer science, or a related field (or an equivalent qualification)
- Initial practical experience from projects, internships, or working-student roles – motivated career starters are also welcome
- Basic knowledge of project management and a willingness to develop your skills in methods and tools
- IT affinity and interest in topics such as ERP, EDI, databases, or software development – you don’t need to know everything, but you should be eager to learn
- Very good German skills and good English skills
