About the role
- Manage existing customers and act as the first point of contact for inquiries
- Create, follow up on, and maintain quotations
- Work closely with field sales and financial accounting
- Maintain item, customer, and pricing master data
- Handle complaints and case resolutions
- Monitor delivery and project deadlines
- Support sales campaigns, price lists, and reporting and analyses
Requirements
- Completed commercial vocational training (e.g., industrial clerk)
- Experience in inside sales or customer service is desirable
- Proficient in CRM systems
- Excellent German skills and good written and spoken English
- Strong numerical skills and competency in preparing quotations
