About the role
- Design, code, test, deploy, and operate frontend applications, backend services, data pipelines, and AI systems
- Run A/B tests and ship production features tied to real business outcomes
- Partner closely with product managers and operators to turn cumbersome manual workflows into agentic and AI-driven automations
- Work with AI and ML engineers to build AI-native systems that combine deterministic logic, traditional ML models, and LLMs
- Design and build secure, compliant, and reliable systems at scale
Requirements
- Software engineer with 3-6+ years of experience building and operating production systems
- Demonstrated experience owning features or services end-to-end in production
- Comfortable leading projects independently, from design through deployment and iteration
- Experienced scaling production systems including debugging real-world issues across performance, reliability, and data correctness
- Curious about applied AI and eager to deepen expertise
- Care deeply about clean code, reliability, and production readiness
