Spearhead innovation in 0->1 product areas.
Champion agile methodologies and DevOps best practices within the team.
Contribute to building a diverse and inclusive team and culture.

Requirements

3+ years of experience hiring and leading teams as an engineering manager.
Expertise in recruiting exceptional talent to build high-performing teams.
Knowledge and experience leading teams building products such as Search, Ranking, or generative AI products at a significant scale.
Proficiency in modern programming languages such as Python, Java, Go, Rust, TypeScript, Kotlin, or C#.
Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
Healthcare or Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) experience is highly preferred but not required.
