About the role
- Hunt down great candidates across technical and non-technical roles
- Build and nurture pipelines we can tap into now and later
- Run market maps to understand where top talent lives
- Partner with recruiters to calibrate on profiles and refine searches
- Keep a pulse on pipeline health and sourcing performance
- Help keep interviews running smoothly (scheduling, comms, logistics)
- Own data hygiene in our ATS (clean data = better hiring)
- Spot inefficiencies and help us tighten up our recruiting processes
- Pull basic reports and share insights on what’s working / not working
- Pitch in wherever needed — we’re a small, fast-moving team
Requirements
- 1–3 years in recruiting coordination, sourcing, or recruiting ops
- Super organized and detail-oriented (you don’t drop balls)
- Curious and resourceful — you figure things out quickly
- Comfortable juggling multiple priorities
- Strong communicator (clear, concise, and candidate-friendly)
- Bonus if you live in the San Francisco Bay Area for accessibility to our SF office.
