Frontend Engineer

• Feature development: You will be owning features on our web and mobile platforms – currently the Phantom Extension, Phantom Terminal, and the mobile app.
• New initiatives and products: You will be leading initiatives to add support for other blockchains to Phantom, and to launch new complementary products or infrastructure.
• Interfacing with users: You will be interfacing directly with end-users and developers building on Phantom – supporting them and collecting feedback to inform the direction of the product.
• Team building: You will be working with the team to create and foster a culture of raising the bar with each new hire.

Software Engineer, Frontend / Full Stack

Backend Engineer

• Develop, maintain, and optimize scalable ETL pipelines using our modern data stack.
• Drive initiatives to implement data quality frameworks and observability solutions that ensure the accuracy, freshness, and reliability of data across all pipelines.
• Build systems capable of handling millions of requests per day, with a focus on high availability, low latency, and strong fault tolerance.
• Design and maintain efficient data models and schemas that underpin our efforts.
• Partner closely with product, design, and other engineering teams to translate business requirements into scalable backend platform solutions.
• Work with the team to create and foster a culture of raising the bar with each new hire.

Backend Engineer, Data Platform

• Design, implement, and maintain a feature-flag and A/B-testing framework that supports rapid launch, metric collection, and automated rollback of growth experiments.
• Build and scale microservices for key growth features: referral program APIs, action-card engine, push-notification orchestration.
• Instrument all services with real-time metrics, tracing, and logging; partner with Data teams to ensure clean event schemas and dashboarding.
• Own on-call rotations for growth services, define SLAs, write playbooks for incident response, and drive post-mortem action items.
• Partner closely with Product, Frontend, Design, and Analytics to translate hypotheses into backend solutions, remove blockers, and deliver end-to-end experiments.
• Ensure all growth systems meet sub-100ms latency targets under load and maintain ≥99.9% uptime.
