• Review candidate applications and resumes to assess qualifications and fit for specific roles
• Conduct video interviews with potential candidates to assess their skills, experience, and cultural fit
• Assist in coordinating interviews and scheduling with hiring managers
• Maintain candidate quality standards while hitting volume targets, ensuring all hires meet licensing and credentialing requirements
• Create and maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information and reports
• Collaborate with the HR team and hiring managers to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process

• Lead and partner on development, implementation, and continuous improvement of HR operational processes and systems across the employee lifecycle
• Design and perform end-to-end implementation and administration of core HR operations (payroll through PEO, compensation, benefits, performance management, L&D)
• Optimize scalable HR processes and develop methodologies, templates, and toolkits to support operational excellence
• Provide employee relations guidance to managers and employees on HR policies and best practices
• Lead HR projects from planning through execution, ensuring milestones, budgets, and deliverables are met
• Ensure compliance with U.S. federal, state, and local employment laws and maintain privacy/security for employee data
• Administer and optimize HRIS, maintain accurate employee data, and produce dashboards and reports for senior leadership
• Act as point of contact for HR-related inquiries and track key HR metrics to inform strategy and improve the employee experience

Financial Planning and Analysis

• Work closely with the CFO and VP of Finance to manage core financial operations and lead cross-functional strategic initiatives
• Provide hands-on exposure to operating a high-growth AI SaaS business in the healthcare space
• Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow tracking
• Prepare internal financial summaries and dashboards for leadership and stakeholders
• Utilize Excel, SQL and data analytics tools to analyze financial and operational data
• Identify and implement improvements to finance and business operations workflows
• Monitor and report on KPIs, along with insights
• Evaluate and improve operational processes to enhance efficiency
• Partner with Product, Ops, Growth and Customer Success teams to support key initiatives
• Research and identify potential growth and partnership opportunities
• Support investor or board reporting requests as needed
