About the role
- Responsible for the implementation and sustainability of all programs directed through store operations
- Appraises and evaluates the results of store operations for their district
- Ensures process improvements are in place to enhance customer service levels
- Oversees the execution of programs across various functions and business units
- Develops and engages PGATSS store leadership teams
- Provides guidance and feedback to General Managers
- Participates in the development of store sales and payroll budgets
Requirements
- 5 years of experience in a leadership role
- Strong track record in developing talent
- BS/BA degree preferred
- Ability to organize multiple priorities
- Analytic and decisive decision maker
- Background in profit and loss management
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
