• Manage the Consumer Law operation, focusing on administrative matters before PROCON and high-volume operations
• Lead and develop the legal team, ensuring technical quality, productivity, deadline compliance, and high performance
• Define strategies for handling notifications, complaints, administrative proceedings, hearings, and conciliation sessions
• Manage client relationships, conducting strategic meetings and results presentations
• Monitor KPIs, volume, deadlines, settlements, success rates, productivity, and team performance
