About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage the Consumer Law operation, focusing on administrative matters before PROCON and high-volume operations
Lead and develop the legal team, ensuring technical quality, productivity, deadline compliance, and high performance
Define strategies for handling notifications, complaints, administrative proceedings, hearings, and conciliation sessions
Manage client relationships, conducting strategic meetings and results presentations
Monitor KPIs, volume, deadlines, settlements, success rates, productivity, and team performance
Prepare management reports and action plans, identifying improvement opportunities, preventive measures, and risk mitigation
Promote efficiency and innovation in the operation, including automation and the use of technology/AI
Identify opportunities to expand services with clients and contribute to business generation

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience in Consumer Law, especially PROCON matters
Experience managing high-volume portfolios and/or mass litigation
Experience managing teams, performance indicators, and client relationships
Strategic, analytical, results-oriented profile with strong decision-making ability
Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict management skills
Preferred: experience in high-volume PROCON operations
Preferred: knowledge of Banking Law and Payment Methods
Preferred: experience with automation solutions, innovation, and AI applied to legal management
Preferred: experience in large law firms or structured in-house legal departments
