About the role

  • Accompanying, supporting and activating our day-care guests to promote their psychological and physical well‑being
  • Encouraging day-care guests to participate in a variety of activities, such as cognitive exercises, social games, light exercise sessions, mobility training, gardening, cooking, baking, and other activities
  • Communicating empathetically and sensitively with clients and their relatives
  • Supporting quality management
  • Participating in team meetings and training sessions
  • Close collaboration and exchange within the interdisciplinary team

Requirements

  • Valid care assistant certificate (Betreuungsschein) according to § 43b, 53b SGB XI
  • Ability to work in a team, sense of responsibility, patience and punctuality
  • Interest in day care services and working with older people
  • Very good German language skills
  • Clean criminal record (certificate of good conduct)
